Enchanted Compass Travel Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Amanda as an independent agent with Dream Departures Travel, provides travel planning and booking services for families. Our services include vacation consultation, itinerary planning, resort and cruise bookings, and ongoing trip support. Our planning services are provided at no cost to you — we are compensated by travel suppliers, including Disney, Universal, and cruise lines.
2. No Obligation
Submitting an inquiry through our website does not create a binding agreement or obligate you to purchase any travel services. You are under no obligation to book until you have reviewed and accepted a formal quote or proposal.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about destinations, pricing, availability, and travel requirements. However, travel information is subject to change without notice. Pricing, availability, and policies are controlled by third-party suppliers and may change at any time. We are not responsible for inaccuracies originating from suppliers.
4. Supplier Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel suppliers (Disney, Universal Studios, cruise lines, hotels, etc.). It is your responsibility to review and understand those terms, including cancellation and refund policies, before confirming a booking. We will provide you with relevant supplier terms at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by supplier and are outside our control. We will assist you in understanding and navigating supplier cancellation policies. Any refunds are issued by the supplier directly and are subject to their terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance can protect against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. We can provide information about travel insurance options upon request.
7. Limitation of Liability
Enchanted Compass Travel Co. acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those suppliers, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, changes in itinerary, or service quality. Our liability is limited to the fees, if any, paid directly to us for our services.
8. Privacy
Any personal information you provide through our website or inquiry forms is used solely for the purpose of planning and booking your travel.
